About PHCA

Who We Are

The Princeville at Hanalei Community Association (PHCA) is a planned resort-residential community on Kaua'i's North Shore, situated along the cliffs above Hanalei Bay. Our community covers approximately 1,000 acres and includes single-family homes, condominiums, timeshare resorts, and hotel properties.

All property owners within PHCA's boundary are members of the Association. We are governed by a five-member elected Board of Directors and supported by a dedicated professional staff.

Our Mission

To serve the Princeville community with integrity, professionalism, and aloha by fostering a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment. We support residents, guests, and one another through responsive service, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement. With respect for Kauai's natural beauty and cultural heritage, we steward our resources responsibly and work together to strengthen the community we are proud to serve.

Board Meetings

Meetings are held monthly. Your participation is welcome and appreciated.

The Board of Directors typically meets on the 4th Thursday of each month. Meetings are open to PHCA members only and guests invited by the Board.

Unless otherwise indicated, meetings are scheduled for 4:00pm HST via Zoom. The Zoom link to register for each month's meeting will be posted in the News Feed closer to the meeting date.

Board of Directors' elections are held annually with each Director serving a 3-year term of office.
