This application form is for Minor Projects, such as solar installation, A/C installation, exterior painting, re-roofs, landscaping changes, and window/door replacements. For new homes, new pools, home renovations, and addition projects, please contact the CDC Liaison at (808) 977-8716 or cdc@pcaonline.org for a pre-application consultation.
