*To have a custom lender form completed by Associa, place an order for the Standard Lender Questionnaire and add-on the Custom form to the order.
*If you need the documents sooner than 10 business days, please select the expedite delivery option prior to checkout – expedited orders should be received within 24 business hours (3 business days).
*Orders will not begin processing until the payment method has been applied to the order. We recommend entering the credit card prior to checkout to avoid delays – If you select 3rd party payment a link will need to be emailed to you to add the payment method to the order. If you are paying with a check, please note it can take several days for the check to be received and applied to the order.
