Report Hurricane Lowell Damage to PHCA

If you have not already, first report your property damage to the Kaua'i Emergency Management Agency. Once you've reported to KEMA, please use this form to submit a brief description of the type and severity of damage to your property to PHCA. Job Site Rules & Non-Work Holidays List (2026)

Are you a contractor or owner working on construction or landscape projects in Princeville at Hanalei? Please note that the Princeville at Hanalei community has specific rules that all property owners and trade personnel should follow. Work is also restricted to specific hours and days.
