Princeville Community Association Annual Meeting
You're invited to participate in our most important gathering of the year.
Join us as we reflect on our progress, announce the results for the one (1) Director position up for election, and hold an open forum with member Q&A.

Your official meeting packet was mailed on September 12, 2025. It includes the agenda, proxy form with return envelope, and ballot and proxy instructions. If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, submit your proxy by either:

Signed proxy must be RECEIVED by Associa Hawaii no later than 4:30 pm HST on Thursday, October 23, 2025.

TIMESHARE OWNERS: If you are a timeshare owner within the Princeville at Hanalei Community Association who is interested in attending the Annual Meeting, please provide the following information to Rebecca at RebeccaL@associahawaii.com:

Email address and phone number of timeshare owner(s)
Name of timeshare association
Details on ownership interest (e.g. unit number, week number, % interest, member number)

Voting is being conducted in advance by electronic ballot. Visit https://bit.ly/PHCAElect to enter the unique access key and password provided in your meeting packet to vote. Click here for step-by-step instructions for electronic voting.
Three (3) members have presented themselves as candidates willing to serve on the Board of Directors. Candidate biographies are available here:
Don’t see your preferred candidate listed? Use the “Write-In” field to nominate and vote for any eligible member. Just type their full name before submitting your ballot. Then be sure to let your fellow members know about the candidate by posting information on the Community Feed section of the PHCA website (click here) so others can “Write-In” the candidate as well.

All votes must be submitted online by the voting deadline of 4:30 pm HST on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
