Each year, PHCA members elect Directors to serve on the Board of Directors. Board service is a meaningful volunteer opportunity to help shape the future of Princeville — protecting property values, preserving open spaces, and fostering a thriving community for residents, second-home owners, vacation rental operators, and hospitality representatives alike. Two seats are up for election in 2026, each carrying a three-year term.

Interested in Serving?
PHCA members in good standing are encouraged to run for the Board of Directors. Members who self-nominate and meet eligibility requirements are automatically included on the election ballot. The Nominating Committee may also reach out directly to prospective candidates as part of its outreach process.
