PHCA is entering an exciting new phase.
We are transitioning away from third-party management with Associa and returning to a self-managed model. This shift gives PHCA greater control over operations, faster response times, and a more direct connection with our community.
As part of this transition, we are continuing with the Engage platform powered by Enumerate, now expanded to serve as your central hub for everything PHCA.
What This Means for You
Engage is no longer just a communication tool. It is now your go-to portal for:
Community updates and announcements
Governing documents and resources
Owner statements and billing
Account information and communication
Everything in one place, designed to make access simpler and more efficient.
Key Dates to Know
March 27–29: Engage will be temporarily offline during the transition
March 30: Account setup emails will be sent to all homeowners
Getting Started
On March 30, you will receive an email with instructions to create your new login. This is a quick process and will give you full access to the updated system.
Please note:
Previous login credentials will not carry over
You will need to create a new account
Be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folder for the setup email
Why This Matters
With Engage now handling both communication and billing, it is more important than ever that homeowners stay connected. Keeping your account active and your contact information up to date ensures you receive timely updates and have access to your account information when you need it.

Looking Ahead
This transition is a major step forward for PHCA. It positions us to operate more efficiently, communicate more effectively, and better serve the community.
We appreciate your participation and look forward to building a stronger, more connected PHCA together.
