How to Pay Your PHCA Assessments

PHCA members may pay assessments online through First Citizens PropertyPay or mail a check to the Association office.

Pay Online
Select Pay Assessments, review the Terms and Conditions, and enter the following information:
Management ID: 4168
Association ID: 4723
Property/Account Number: Your seven-digit PHCA account number
Property Address: The address associated with the account
You may pay by:
eCheck using a checking or savings account
Credit or debit card
Processing fees may apply and will be shown before you submit the payment. No PropertyPay account or registration is required to make a one-time payment.
After submitting payment, you will receive a confirmation number and may receive an emailed receipt. The PropertyPay guide also notes that payments submitted before 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are processed the same day.

Register for the PHCA Engage Portal
The Engage portal allows members to access their PHCA account information and other Association resources.
Go to: engage.goenumerate.com/login
Then:
Click Need to Register?
Enter the property ZIP Code: 96722
Select Princeville at Hanalei Community Association
Verify your account using either:
Your PHCA account number, or
The email address on file with PHCA
Follow the prompts to create your login credentials.
If the system does not recognize your account number or email address, please contact the PHCA office so we can confirm the information associated with your property.
Pay by Check
Make checks payable to:
Princeville at Hanalei Community Association
Include your property address or PHCA account number on the check memo line.
Mail or deliver payment to:
