Notice is hereby given that the Princeville at Hanalei Community Association intends to distribute written notice of its 2026 Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Election.

Annual Meeting Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026

Time: 9:00 a.m. HST

Location: Zoom

Two positions on the PHCA Board of Directors are scheduled for election.

Formal Annual Meeting and election materials will be distributed to members in advance of the meeting.
