NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §421J-3.5(f), the Board of Directors of the Princeville at Hanalei Community Association hereby gives notice of its intent to distribute written notice of a Special Meeting of the Association membership.

The Special Meeting is being called in response to a member demand concerning the proposed removal of Director Rose Krebs and, if the removal is approved, the election of a replacement director for the remainder of the term.

The date, time, place, voting procedures, and other information concerning the Special Meeting will be provided in the formal meeting notice to be distributed to the membership.

This Notice of Intent is being posted in accordance with HRS §421J-3.5(f).
